Headwall’s Founder and Managing Partner, Peter J. Scott, was the principal industry investment banker responsible for the sourcing and execution of the below listed metals and mining industry transactions, either while at Headwall Partners or at prior firms Jefferies (2003 - 2016) where he was most recently Americas Head of Industrials Investment Baking and Global Head of Steel and Metals Investment Banking, or Morgan Stanley (1997 - 2003) where he was most recently Americas Head of Steel and Metals Investment Banking. For transactions with counterparties, Mr. Scott’s clients are listed first. Mr. Scott has executed a roughly equivalent number and variety of transactions in the paper, packaging, and building materials sectors, which transactions are not included herein.
